When not writing or reading, you're likely to find me spending time with my school teacher wife, Colleen, or hiking the local trails with our dog, Sadie.
I come from a family of undersized hockey players, so tenacious people. I am fairly considered to be the black sheep of my family, but when your family name is as glowing as mine, you can wear the title shamelessly. I also come from a family of school teachers, so talkers. With age, I have tried to do more of my talking in written form, where my words are only of consequence to those who care enough to read them.
